| Framing Options | Attikus Arts stocks six varieties of our preferred frame moldings and three matte types. Stock framing options appear once the desired work has been selected. There are twenty five other molding choices and eight other matte types available from the special order frames section (more details available) |

Ordering Online
|
There's no need to create an account. If you want to order an item, click the "Select" button beside the item, next choose your options and click "Add to Order". You can then either "Check Out" or "Continue shopping" until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking "View Current Order" at the top right of every page of our Web site. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item just click the "Remove" button next to the item in your basket. |
| Check Out | When you are ready, click "Check Out". You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Fill in your billing and shipping information and click "Place Your Order". Next, you will be asked to provide your payment information. |
| Payment Types | Attikus Arts, accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Dinners Club, Checks, Money Orders and Pay Pal. |
| E-Notifications | Upon completion of of your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. Next, you will receive a shipping notification email when your order is processed. UPS and Fed Ex orders will have a tracking number, so that you may trace the status of your delivery on line. |
| Mail, Phone and Fax Ordering | Although we encourage our customers to place their order using our secure on-line ordering system, you can place an order by mail by printing order form, filling it out and mailing a check, money order or credit card info to Attikus Arts 137 Valley Dr. Greenwich, CT. 06831 USA. If your in the area stop by the Gallery and Studio at 137 Valley Drive, Greenwich, CT. USA (50 min. drive or train ride northeast of NYC near I 95) The Gallery is generally open between 10a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday though Friday (we recommend that you call first studio@jimtrippe.com) |

Downloadable Products
|
You can "add to order" - downloadable MP3 and PDF products for purchase. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you have provided. Assuming that your credit card authorization has been received, you will be directed to a page that enables you to begin downloading your MP3 and/or PDF files. If, during download, the transmission is interrupted in any way, we will resend the file(s) to you upon request. Questions regarding download procedures for downloadable products should be directed to (studio@jimtrippe.com). You may request a refund for your electronically downloaded files. Refund requests must be received within 30 calendar days of the purchase date (see returns).

Sales Tax |
Attikus Art studio is located in Greenwich, CT. We collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to Connecticut only. |

US Shipping |
Unframed Art, CDs, DVDs,VHS and audio cassettes orders will ship out in 24 hours, and 3-5 days if framed artwork. Special order frames can take up to 2 weeks. Once the order leaves our location, UPS delivery time within the U.S. usually ranges from 2-7 days . Most orders ship out via UPS, depending on size. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped using UPS Second Day Air. Express shipping options are available at an additional charge, and can be selected at Check Out. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order. Express-shipped orders should arrive within 2 business days after shipping. As soon as your order is processed, you will be notified of the expected ship date, you may view your UPS or Fed Ex status via a tracking number in your shipping notification email. |

International Shipping |
International orders including Canada ship out via UPS Worldwide Express. Bulk orders or orders containing oversized items, larger than 32 x 42, will ship out via the Custom Companies freight. Deliveries to APO and FPO's will ship via US Postal Service. Express delivery options are not available for the Custom Companies freight shipments and USPS shipments. A street address and phone number are required for all shipments. (All orders are FOB shipping point.) |

Title and risk of loss to all product will pass to you upon shipment from Attikus Arts Studio location. However, it is Attikus Arts policy to replace products lost or damaged in transit. |
