If you have received an incorrect product due to an Attikus shipping or order processing error, or if the contents of the package arrived to you damaged please use the following return process: Please fill out the form above or contact Attikus Arts customer service at (646) 499-1473. Internationally studio@jimtrippe.com. Be sure to tell us your order number, name, phone number, description of the damaged item(s), and the condition of the box. If the box shows signs of mishandling during shipping, save all packaging and put back into the box. Do not throw anything out. Attikus Arts will file a damage claim with the courier and arrange to have the package picked up for inspection.We offer a 14 day return policy dated from the day you receive your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Attikus Arts, contact us immediately upon receiving the shipment, and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Once you have this number, please return the item in its original shipping container within 10 business days to:

Unless we have made a mistake. You, the art buyer, assume responsibility for return shipping, insurance, duties and taxes. Once we receive the returned piece, we will then exchange the piece for a different one or issue a full refund for the purchase price of the art piece.

NOTE: Attikus Arts recommends that you

(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracing for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Attikus Arts Studio or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracing, and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for the loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the US Postal Service(USPS) offers limited tracing capabilities and that there is a 30 calendar day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
